My seasonal romance inspiration

Lately, maybe it’s an isolation side effect, who knows, but I’ve been really captivated by the 40’s 50’s and 60’s vivid and well refined decor. Really inclined to delicate, sensual, feminine textures with a just hint of melancholy.

And ROMANCE. Oh baby, lots and lots of romance, love, affection… This is the source of all my inspiration. I’ve been watching lots of classical movies, romantic old films and even bought myself a romance novel (Last time I bought myself one of these was back in high school).

This new season I’m all about vibrant colors; lots of pinks, yellows, purples, greens and oranges. Usually I’m all about neutrals, so for me to be mentioning this array of colors is a foreign style to me. I’m the girl that is always wearing gray, white and black, no matter what time of the year it is. So I’m truly embracing these new desires for inspiration.

This will not be a shocker to say, but the Italian lifestyle and it’s fascinating culture has been a CONSTANT participant in my daily inspiration…

This new season in my life has incited another side of me, (Maybe the fact that I’m turning 28 in a few days) a more gentile and graceful one. So I’m letting all my flowers bloom! I mean it literally and figuratively.

Enjoy the pictures and please I would love to hear from you, what inspires and fills your souls with life!

With love always,

xoxo, Angela
