Hey guys!

As I write this post, I’m devouring a bag of plantain chips and overthinking what the hell to write. I usually like to get a little more personal on here with my unfiltered thoughts and honesty.

As I peak another year of life, I can’t help but to remiss over all I have achieved and all the wonderful people that have entered my life (and left it). More than ever, I am focusing all my attention on my health and well being, balancing my hormones (I can’t wait to elaborate on this!) aaaaaannd trying to achieve a life without medications and without the dependency on pharmaceuticals. Although very hard to do, I’m very well aware, It’s a process I’m living. One day I would love to open up more on this subject.

On another note, I’ve been living with my dear boyfriend who I am in love with more than ever and my baby Cristiano, my dog. I’ve been working for a brand this the past year doing something I had never done before and I am loving it so much. I’ve been cooking and baking more than ever! And I finally learned how to master a tiramisu! My Italian boyfriend is very happy and I am very proud.

Something I definitely want to work on a bit more, is my creative and feminine side which I have abandoned for a while. In the midst of working, trying to keep a household together, it can be so easy to disconnect from our feminine energy. I’ve been trying to dance a lot more, wear dresses and regain that vulnerable and sensitive side of me.

I am exited to kick start my blog again. This is something that has always been such a fun thing to do and I don’t understand why I ever stop!

Some of the things I want to incorporate on here are more vlogs, a weekly recap on lessons and experiences I had throughout each week. And of course sharing with you guys, all my thoughts and comments on anything going on…
